Auto DAQ configuration

Can I make Labview Executable to auto configure MAX Analog Input Channels without user configuration. i.e. If I make a stand alone application which has five analog input channels, if I want to use the stand alone application on other computer(which has NIDAQ instaleed), is it possible that Labview6.1 stand alone application generated analog input cofiguration automatically!!!

Thanks,

Kishor

I think that all you have to do is include your niconfig.daq file and install it to the system folder (i.e. c:\winnt).

How did you include it? Did you specify it as a support file and did you specify where to install it? I'll admit it's been a while since I've done this, but I think that's all I did.
