Hello all,
According to the PXI Platform Services 2023 Q3 Readme NI "Fixed a potential driver incompatibility that results in Windows Blue Screen". So our best bet is upgrading the PXI PS to 23Q3 (or greater). Note: This does not mean you need to upgrade LabVIEW, LV20 and greater is supported.

Got that same problem with a lenovo ideapad with AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Labview 2023 Q1. I wasn´t able to run labview but at least i managed to reboot the laptop without losing everything. What I did was:
1. disable virtualization in bios
2. disable secure boot in bios
3. go to the command line of the recovery mode and run this commands:
1. sfc /scannow
2. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (this did not work but i don't care)
Finally reboot the laptop and unistall everything related to LabView and NI.
I tried twice and got the same problem. Didn't try other versions.
Hope this helps to anyone

You can keep using LabVIEW 2023Q1 but need to make sure to install at least DAQmx 2023Q3 or newer or whatever NI hardware driver you try to install.
Don't download the full LabVIEW + driver downloader but only LabVIEW itself or make sure to select custom installation and disable all hardware support in your current installer. Then install the newer hardware driver that you need and install that separately. If you don't need any extra hardware drivers, simply don't install them.
