Why use an arduino instead of free mentioned ttl adapter that you would connect directly to the pc?

The code could be modified to work with an arduino.

is it possible to connect the Adafruit direct to pc?

do i have to build a RS32 connection or USB connection? How can i do it?

or is it only possible to connect to arduino card and then arduino to pc?

Please pay attention. The link you provided says that you can add a ttl to RS232 converter. Up to you.

TO sum up:

Adafruit ultimate GPS breakout 66 channel

and the USB to TTL serial cable debug / console for Rasperry Pi .

And i connect direct the GPS to my computer. then can i work with LABVIEW?

because in other websites tey use an arduino uno or a Raspberry Pi Model B 512MB RAM why? because they don't want to work with LABVIEW ? is it true?
