Does anyone know how to program a BeagleBone Blue with LabView? I can't seem to get LINX to work and I'm not sure what else I should try.

Personally I am not too familiar with what is all supported with LINX, but that definitely seems like the right Add-on to use. I think you may have better luck posting in forum I linked below.
