Best way to pass an array of waveforms inbetween VIs

Not sure why you think it's "weird".
The faster you move them around, the more work has to be done to repaint the areas you've uncovered.

That's work from LabVIEW itself, and Windows itself, not your code, but it's the same CPU

I noticed that too, I thinks its windows. Whole machine stops running when
dragging a scroll bar.
