Best way to send a VI to the list

I have a problem with a VI and a picture (or a VI) is worth a thousand words. What's the preferred method for posting VIs to the list?

There is only one method to post a VI. Add it as an attachment to your message. We tend to frown on people posting VIs on external sites (like a fileshare site) and then posting a link. You can do the same thing with an image, but the VI is typically preferred. NOTE: if you post an image, DO NOT POST BITMAPS, and DO NOT RENAME A BITMAP FILE TO GET AROUND THE BLOCK ON BITMAPS. We REALLY hate that.
