BioMedical Toolkit Express Read Biosignal doesn't read HEA files

I am using LabVIEW 2015 64bit. I installed the biomedical workbench and can read the 100.HEA file include:

However, when I use the "Express Read Biosignal.vi", it won't read the exact same file.
