Blinking Boolean Text is on every tab - why?

Hi

I build a vi with a tab. On one of the tabs should blink a "Text Button". But when the Button is blinking the "Boolean Text" is seen on every tab, although the Button is only on one tab.

Like always: an example tells more than 1000 words, see attached vi

How can I solve this problem?

The same happens when I run the VI, it also occured when I recreated it...

Did you test that in LV 8.0?

It behaves as reported by XS-er when I run it in LV 7.1.

I recall this as being a bug (not sure which version) but if you tested in in LV 8.X then the bug has been fixed.

Obviously it must be a bug. I ran it under LV 8.0 without any problem.

Other than upgrading to v8.x, the workaround frequently used is to enable blinking for the boolean only when the page containing it is the active tab page.

In LV6.0.x, everything that blinked showed through tabs. That was fixed in LV6.1 ... except for booleans with text which obviously took a bit longer.

I simply installed LabView8 und the problem was solved.
