Block diagram problem

Hii

 In my block diagram when i right click the function pallet is not showing the programming functions directly..

Now i want the programming function to apper when i right click. how to get?

If I understand you correctly this is what you need to do.  Right click on the block diagram, and pin the functions pallete down by clicking on the pushpin icon.  On the top right of the pinned down pallete there is a button labeled "View", click this button and select "Change Visible Catagories...".  Now put a checkmark in the box beside Programming and remove the checkmark in the box beside Express.  Let me know if this does not answer your question.
