Block diagram running extremely slowly

See if turning off wifi or network helps. I was getting similar symptoms (Win 7 though), that was site specific, didn't happen on my laptop at my customer's, did at my home office. Don't remember what I did to fix it, just remember that it seemed to occur when my laptop had contact with the 'net. Did run virus scans (feared my machine was a 'bot), didn't find anything, and at some point it stopped. I think I may have even posted a question here about it.
