In the array of plots, each element is a cluster containing a string and 2 booleans. I tried disabling the cluster, and also the individual elements, but it didn't help.

Thanks for the input everyone. To close this thread I've accepted altenbach's solution of just not showing the scroll bar. It's not an ideal solution for my particular application (limited front panel space + unknown quantity of legend items), but it seems to be the *only* solution for now.
