BridgeVIEW 2.1.1: Forced shutdown in Win NT and CCDB

Is there a posibility a forced shutdown in Windows NT to cause file corruption
to CCDB? It sometimes happens but not always. Does anybody know the sequencies
that causing the specific fault? Did anybody met the same problem?
I would like to know if there are any solutions. [WINDOWS NT 4.0 Workstation]

Hi Nick,

If the CCDB was being accessed by the system when the shutdown occured, it is possible that it may get corrupted (like with any other file). One thing you could do is open the CCDb file in MS-Access and make sure there're no apparent anomalies.

What exact issues are you facing with CCDB?

Regards,

Khalid 🙂
