That link is a little confusing. The product is actually a custom library for .NET to replace the .NET FolderBrowserDialog called the FolderView Control. It's part of their larger library called the Shell MegaPack which has licensing fees and is code obfuscated etc..).
I can easily use FolderBrowserDialog from the stock .NET but it has almost no useful functionality. I don't think Microsoft has updated that dialog since WIndows 95.
