There is a bug in "Waveform Time to Date Time String", which also exist in lv7.1. The output from the same vi change from "." to "," when you use local decimal divider in settings for the frontpanel and when you windowssystem usese "," as decimal divider, dependeing of the numerical input to the vi. In the range of integer,999995 to next integer it will use "." and not ","
