Bug with Find -> VIs by Name

Whenever I try Find -> Objects -> VIs by Name, I have to select the VI from the list twice if the previous search option was Text.  The first time I select a VI from the list, it ignores the selection.  To duplicate this, choose Find.  If Text is not already chosen, select Text (most of my searches are for Text so that's how it usually appears).  Then pick Objects, then VIs by Name.  Try selecting a VI from the list, note that it doesn't change.  Choose a VI name again and it appears properly.  If you go back to Text, then back to Objects, the same thing happens again.  I'm using LV2009 and haven't seen a note that it's fixed in 2010.

Seems like this behavior is fixed in LV 2010. I don't have LV2009. I tried on Win XP with LV2010. Maybe NI should recommend a workaround for LV 2009?

Based on what I've seen, that recommended workaround would be "Upgrade to LV2010 (or 2011)".  Smiley Very Happy
