Did you mean:

Build Path Invalid = No Error ...

I'm typically not interested in complaining when there's no errors, however I've noticed that when I'm building exe's in projects, if I tell it to put the exe and associated files in a directory that is invalid (like in a removed flash or network drive) it does not alert me or throw an error... it will let you continue on working thinking that the fixes to just made to fix bugs didn't work... has anyone else noticed this?

PatLyons,

I tried to replicate your issue in LabVIEW 2011 SP1 using a flash drive and I generated an error every time.  Which version of LabVIEW are you using?  Are there any other steps that I should take to see this bug on my machine?

I'm running Windows 7 pro SP1 64 bit OS and LV 11.0  32 bit version (I don't think we have a 64bit version here)- when you said SP1 did you mean LabVIEW Service Pack 1? or were you refering to your OS?

thanks

I was referring to LabVIEW 2011 Service Pack 1.  My OS is Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit Service Pack 1.
