Is this in LabVIEW 8.6? I see some VIs in your list that were present with older versions of the Report Generation Toolkit (i.e. 1.1.2 and earlier) that shouldn't be there in LabVIEW 8.6 (with Report Generation Toolkit 1.1.3) and later. For example, the 'GOOP' VIs in your screenshot, and the VIs that appear as missing, do not exist in LabVIEW 8.6 and Report Generation Toolkit 1.1.3. If you have an older version of the toolkit installed in LabVIEW 8.6, then you need to uninstall it, and get version 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 installed.
