Just out of curiousity, three of you (StevenD, Hooovahh and Dennis) all suggested "Update Value While Typing."  Is there some reason this is preferable to "Set to focus on toggle"?  In Dennis' example both approaches give the same result.

6 one way, half a dozen the other.

I responded with "Update value while typing" because it has been what I have done in the past. I can't see any advantage of one method over the other, but a knight may come on and show me the way now that I have opened my mouth. Smiley Surprised

Wow I just thought it was funny that 3 people gave the same answer simultaneously.  I suggested Update while typing, because I wasn't aware of a better method.  I did think it was wasteful to have a change on the string take place every time I type a character, I'll try the Set to Focus method from now on.

I think "Update values while typing" is not needed here, because it is required only when we are going to display what the user has entered in another display field, IMO.

Only Set to Focus will be enough, I think...
