According to both the specs at NI and from the compiler log file, the CRIO-9063 783830-01 is equipped with a Zynq xc7z020 chip .
I do however have indications, by reading the printing on the original shipping box (for another 9063 item) from 2017, that this device was produced with Artix-7 FPGA.
Is that conceivable given that the order numbers are identical for the Zynq models?
I do not have access to the hardware right now so I cannot verify.
Thanks for any hints

Something is off. The 906x series always was a Zynq-7000 device with integrated ARM Cortex-A CPU. Either there is no 9063 in that box (unlikely) or someone in the NI distribution center mixed up things when printing those labels during packaging of the products.
Ahhh problem possibly solved (if Farnell is to be believed): https://www.newark.com/xilinx/xc7a200t-2ffg1156i/fpga-artix-7-500-i-o-fcbga-1156/dp/32AC9801?ost=276...
Seems Xilinx considers the Zynq-7000 series to be part of the Artix-7 product series.
Those earliest possible delivery times of July 2023 on the Farnell site sound very BAD, as do the prices.

Thanks Rolf,
I also think it is unlikely to change FPGA family in a programmable product of this kind _and_ not change the order number - makes no sense. I think I will proceed, with the assumption that the label is misleading - at least to me.
Yes sourcing is a nightmare these days. I have more than once been tripped by reading a favorable date but off by a year!
Thanks, much appreciated.

No label error technically. If you look in this datasheet it says specifically
Xilinx 7 Series Programmable Logic Equivalent: Artix®-7 FPGA
for all the Zync-7000 up to Zync-7020 variants.
Zync-7030 and higher use a Kintex®-7 FPGA
