CWGraph3D control could not be loaded?

I am trying to open the RFSA example "RFSA PSK 3DEye [MT niRFSA PSK 3DEye.vi]" and the control area of CWGraph3D is gray, with a red line "Control could not be loaded".

Do I need to install anything? I am running LabVIEW 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise, 64bits edition.
