Cadena complementaria de ADN

Hola soy un estudiante universitario cursando la carrera de bioingeniería, en este momento estoy desarrollando un proyecto donde necesito crear un programa que lea un Txt el cual tendrá una secuencia de genoma, y debo crear su cadena complementaria pero lamentablemente no he podido avanzar en este tema. espero que alguien me pueda colaborar. quedo atento a sus comentarios.

Instead of showing us the first part of an unintelligible picture of a program (how many parts are there?), attach a typical datafile and explain what you want to do with it. Most likely, all you need is one loop, not a pyramid of loops.

I'm sorry I haven't uploaded a context of the problem and the programme I'm generating, but thank you for your reply, and also the problem has been solved.
