Calling DLLs on a PXI Controller

While loading VI´s, designed for Windows environement i found an error while downloading my application to a PXI Controller.
SetWindowZPosition.vi is unable to run when downloaded.
I assume, because of the .dll called inside.

General question: how can i easily resolve such compatibilty problems with vi`s designed for windows envionment. can i download the approp
dll and will it run without problems?
