Can I connect 2 Arduino chips to a PC via LIFA

Hi there,

I am new to Labview and Arduino. This is my second question on the forum. Can I connect 2 Arduino chips to a PC via LIFA? Can I transfer the Arduino chip to a newly etched circuit board with just the crystal and capacitors and still be able to connect to a PC via LIFA?

Here is my take on it.... I think you still need the connection to the computer via serial.
