Unfortunately LabVIEW 8.5 is available only as a 32-bit application and its application builder components can only compile 32-bit applications and shared libraries. Further, the only 64-bit operating system NI currently supports (64-bit kernel-mode driver components for some drivers) is Windows Vista x64.
