Can I run applications (.exe) built in LaVIEW for Windows in a Linux plataform?

We've got LabVIEW version 6.1 for Windows and we've built some applications (.exe files) with it. Now we want to run these applications in a Linux system. The question is: if I install Run-time engine version 6.1 for Linux, will my applications work? PS: I can't find the run-time engine version 6.1 for Linux in NI web site, only version 7, but it is supposed to work only with applications built with LabVIEW 7...

You need to rebuild your application for each OS. However, you can try the windows emulator for Linux, Transgaming's WineX.
