In general, yes but read the license agreement (section 13) to see the requirements and restrictions.

Thanks for reply.

I see it's written in rather complex english.

If my application doesn't use any of NI Toolkits, it uses just event/case/loop/sequence structures, simple math functions and graphic user interfaces, then I don't need to pay fees to NI ?

I wanted to distribute/sell .exe compiled program.

Speaking about program safeness, can I just mention that program has a purpose for research and test and user will use it at his own risk, so no warranty from me ?

It's written in 'Lawyerese' which is whole different dialect of English. Smiley Wink

Yes, it's my understanding that you do not need to pay any license fees if you do not useany of the special toolkits.

I am not by any means an expert on warranties. You might want to review some other programs to see how they are worded. Hopefully, other forum members will respond with what they do.

Thanks  Dennis Knutson! Could you provide examples?

Will anyone else answer for kudos ? 🙂

whats the point in writing an agreement which laymen cant understand. I tried my best to understand something if not the whole thing. But failed to do so. :D. afterall your offer was very attractive.
