Can I simulate a mobile phone hardware using labview

Hi,

I am new to lab view and have no idea about it.

I would like to know if labview can help me simulate a virtual device board(preferably say a TI OMAP hardware for Android phones) , Instead of me actually buying a TI OMAP chipset

You should at least know that LabVIEW is a programming language and not a hardware simulator. Perhaps you sould be using Multisim.
