Can I use Image Pick Points with Labview 8.2 or do i need the Vision module?

Can anyone help me with this?
Basically I want to use the cursor to pick points on an image, not  key in the specific pixel  manually.

Hello James,

You may be able to write some custom code to accomplish that sort of functionality, but the NI Vision Development Module is the only NI software tool that allows you to select Regions of Interest within an image.  To download the NI Vision Development Module 8.5 for evaluation, please follow this link.

From the attached code, I'm sure you'll be able to build something : it shows how to get the color and coordinates of a mouse-clicked point in an image.
