I know you must use 16-bit DLLs if LabVIEW is installed on Win 3.x. The LabVIEW CD for versions 4 and 5 contains NT/95/3.1 versions. Can't you just install the Win 95 version? If you're using an older version, maybe its time to upgrade.

Yes, you're right, I had to use a 16-bit DLL, so I used a 16-bit delphi program and it worked.
