Can I use one waveform to subtract from the other one in labview?

Actually, averaging several collects WILL reduce noise levels at the expense of overall collection time, not just repetitive components.   Oops.

Keep in mind that the collections will have to be triggered at the same point in the signal of interest for this to work!
