Can Lab View send control commands to a servo motor using USB ports on a labtop?

Can we use Lab View 6i to send ASCII Text control commands to a servo motor using the usb ports on a computer or labtop.

Hello invention:

In my opinion, you need a hardware that would connect your usb port to your servo motor.  I suggest for you to have a usb digital i/o and a driver / amplifier, then create a vi that would decode the ASCII text commands as output to your motor.
