Can Labview be used to develop hand-held microcontroller reatl-time products (such as based on an ARM processor?)

It appears that Labview can only be used in "PC based" applications. But many products are developed using microcontrollers or ARM processors. How would/could Labview fit into such an application?/ Low power battery operation is a must!

There is another thread that talk about Real-time programming using LabView. It also covers items such as PDA.

Try the following link:

Good luck,

I did a quick search on ARM processor which didn't lead to much.

But there is a lot on microcontroller (especially PIC). Try searching on microcontrollers.

Get the LabVIEW PDA toolkit, either for pocketpc, palm or both. I used the one for pocketpc. It is still in its early stage but looks very promising so far.
