Suppose I have text file. I want labview to read this text file. How can Labview do it. It means i need a text to speech converter in labview.

I need an anchor also. Text to speech converter is ok. But, it should look that anchor is speaking.....

Yes, we have to use third party tool. But, I am making Client-Server Model for my application. For Client programs, I am making an installer. How can I put third party tool in my installer. (Actually, I dont know how to do this)
