Can an eternal user delete a file created by a run LabVIEW program?

Can an eternal user delete a file created by a run LabVIEW program?  When I tried this Window responded with “Error Deleting File or Folder. File is being used by another person or program. Closed any programs that might be using the file and try again”

In general the answer is yes... The problem is that LV tends to hang onto files (and drives for that matter) that it thinks it might still need. Often you have to quit LV to get it to release the files it's hanging on to.
