Can i convert a xy plot that i get from my input values, into a circular shape in Labview?

It sounds like the problem may be in how the data points are collected or generated rather than how they are plotted. Where does the data come from? How do you know it should look like a circle?

the data is coming from a gas sensor and its been done by someone else already the work i have got is to convert it to an envelope or a circular shape. and to do  the corelation between the ideal circular shape and the one that i will get after converting my data to an envelope or a close enough circular shape

What physical parameters of the gas do the X and Y components of the data represent?  The data you showed does not look very circular (and "Fun" and "kitten" indexes do not sound very gassy).  You mentioned other quadrants. Is the center of the circle expected to be near the origin or is it offset?  Please give us enough information so that we can help you.

The gas sensor gives the output in the form of Voltage and this voltage varies  with the amount of specific gas particles present in the environment. Y axis is Voltage and x Axis is time. I gave previously a rough sketch and i am now attaching the image that contains a rough sketch of the output, i actually got from the person who has worked on it before.

How does this relate to a circle?

Why would you post "fun vs. kittens" plot earlier which looks nothing like this?

Event that graph was wrong because fun starts at zero and becomes more negative as you add kittens.

So, you are plotting voltage - which is proportional to gas concentration or mass - against time.

I have worked with many scientists and engineers for decades measuring  gases, liquids, solids, and plasmas, but I cannot think of any situation which would generate circular data plots from such a system.  You certainly cannot get negative mass (unless you are working with antimatter) or time!

Why do you think it should be a circle?

And EVERYONE knows that fun goes POSITIVE as you add more kittens.  😉

Puppies, yes.  Kittens no.
