Can someone convert the Fluke 8520a llb to ver 6.1

Since it appears that the 6.1 instrument drivers have been removed, can anyone convert this driver to ver 6.1?

Here it is. I can't say that it's much of a driver. Only two different VIs (one to get a single reading and one for multiple), the address is hardcoded on the diagram, and it uses the GPIB functions and not VISA.
