Are you using some kind of source control that could be causing an issue? Attach you VI and maybe a member can work their magic on it.

as you didn't provide any code at all nobody else than you can try to open this VI…

I also see you are trying to use a 64-bit version of LabVIEW.  That may cause issues with a lot of toolkits that were never ported to 64-bit.  Trying using a 32-bit version of LabVIEW.
