Can't Deactivate Data Ahead SP7 Toolkit

I purchased the Data Ahead SP7 Toolkit for Siemens PLC communications and installed it on two laptops.  The license allows activation on two development PCs.  I now wish to deactivate it on the laptop that I don't use anymore and move it to a new laptop, but I can't because of the attached error message.  Is there a way to do this or does someone at NI or Data Ahead have to manually deactivate it on their database?

Hi Mark,

The toolkit is a third party toolkit, so NI doesn't officially support it. My recommendation would be to contact DATA AHEAD directly for support.
