Try to download Pop Out Window from Subpanel LV_2009.zip at https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-12774 but it doesn't work. And some more downloadlinks are defect.

The link is actually pointing back to the page itself. I don't think the author had anything to do with the link, and it appears to be a problem with the HTML code. In fact...

... this confirms it. I checked a few other pages, and they're all like this. This seems to be an overall problem with the community page. I've sent off an email to the web guys to get them to fix the community pages.

You may wish to also send a note to the web folks as well: https://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/nicc.call_me?p_form_id=5, letting them know that this has been found to be a general problem with the Community pages. You can point them to this thread for more information.
