Can't Get ethernet connection with exe

I have a Modbus application that I have just expanded to have modbus over ethernet connectivity.  It all works fine on my PC, I've built it into an exe but I can not get it to connect on any other PC.  Anyone got any ideas?

I'm using LV7.1, all the PCs are winXp sp2.

Derek,

my first guess would be an active firewall blocking the communaction port. So please check both PCs for firewalls and their settings.

Thanks for your reply, It seems to be just one pc that's the problem.  I was thinking the answer was I was missing a 'Visa' style runtime engine as it was only running ok on my PC.  I tested on three other PCs two of them it was me being stupid, the other still has a problem. I shall ask our Network people to have a look at the firewall. I'll post when I find out the answer.
