My LabVIEW version is 2016,I want use new R serial FPGA,I think LV2016 that is compatible.
====
Versions of LabVIEW supported by NI R Series Multifunction RIO 19.1.0
LabVIEW 2019
LabVIEW 2018 SP1
LabVIEW 2017
LabVIEW 2016
========================
But after I installed "RIO 19.1.0 "(https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-r-series-multifunction-rio.html#311622),I also can't find new device in LV Project...

Hi...thank you for your reply...
I already installed LV2016,RT2016,FPGA2016 and I can add FPGA target in LV project.
Because I want used latest R serial FPGA like PCIe-7821R,so I need install new RIO driver.
But I installed "RIO 19.1.0 ", also can't find latest FPGA target in project.

Did you install the RIO driver after LabVIEW?
There may have been an option to install "Support for LabVIEW 2016", which you need to have to be able to see it within LabVIEW.
I think by default it should be installed, if you install the driver after LabVIEW, but if you have changed a few things it might have been missed.
You should be able to re-run the RIO installer and check. Select the support options and then install - if they're already present it will be very quick.

Hi,
It looks like this devices requires LabVIEW 2017 or later. You can see this by searching for it in https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/09/software-support-for-compactrio--compac...
Cheers,
James

Hi...thanks for your reply...
Because I saw the URL (https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-r-series-multifunction-rio.html#305847)
supported LV2016 & New R serial Device...
I used the latest version 19.1 that is newer than it.
