Can't open VI from LLB Manager

I downloaded a LabVIEW LLB from the Web and opened it (so I now have an LLB Manager window open).  But when I double-click on any of the VIs it contains, nothing happens.  No VI will open.  I'm running LabVIEW 8.5.1 on a Vista PC.  This doesn't happen for other LLB files I have.  Any ideas?

Hi Andrew,

if the vi´s in the llb have no blockdiagram you can´t open them, but you don´t get an error message. May be this is the problem.

No error message.  Nothing happens when I double-click on a VI.

Also, I contacted the company that distributes this LLB (along with the hardware they sell), and they said they can open the VIs on their own computers.

I have no problem opening it.I am using labVIEW 8.0.Want me to convert it to any other version let me know.Please find the attached file

It's a 5.1 file and that is too old to be opened with 8.5. Here it is converted to 8.5.
