Can't put a tab control in a cluster

Using LV 6.1. Is it possible to put a Tab control inside of a cluster? Doesn't appear to be.

Yes, Same is true in LV 7.1. Not sure why. I didn't find any details about it in the the help files or user manual. I guess there is not much sense in having a tab control in your cluster datatype. Furthermore: tab controls can contain controls and functions on the front panel but not on the block diagram. What would happen to those if you could insert the tab control into a cluster.. In short, a tab control is another type of control grouping that doesn't seem to mix with cluster grouping.

It doesn't work in LabVIEW 9, 10, or 11 either.

Seems like it would be useful in organizing data.

Then you should give a kudo to this idea.

Allow clusters to have "pages"

A tab control is just a "visibility macro" thus not data in itself, and therefore not allowed in clusters (or something along those lines), but i've kudoed Ravens idea, it'd be quite helpful to be able to organize clusters this way when they get bigger.
