After using NI Package Manager to uninstall all NI software and a reboot, I try to use Add or Remove Programs to uninstall NI Package Manager. NI Package Manager opens with a dialog that says "Package is not installed or cannot be removed. No operation will be performed."
Has anyone experienced this and found a way to progress?
