Can't remove Ni License Manager

I want to remove my Ni labview by using Ni package manager, but  I can't remove Ni License Manager.

And this is the error:

An error occurred while removing a package: ni-ssp-notifier (20.6.0.49152-0+f0)

Additional error information:
An error occurred while running the custom execute queue 'pre'.

I don't know what it means?

Is there any one have the same problem or know how to fix it??

Do you want to remove all National Instruments software?  If so, the easiest (and probably safest) way to do so is to first bring up Control Panel, click on "Programs and Features", find NI Software and click it, opening NIPM.  At the top, make sure "Products Only" is not checked, then check the "Name" box to select all the entries.  Now click Remove, and wait (5-20 minutes).  Reboot.  Do it again -- you should see only NI Package Manager.  Select it, read the warning, and let NIPM remove itself.

Now do it one more time!  You may see that there are still some National Instruments software to remove.  Remove it.  Reboot.

Do not try to "clean up the Registry".  Doing so will (probably?) require reformatting the C: Drive and rebuilding your whole machine (you do have a complete backup, don't you?).
