Can't reset digitizer

I can't init my digitizer again after first run of my .vi

I am not sure if it crashed, because the self test in MAX still works, but the NI Scope Soft Front panel can't init either.

Error: -1074097145 

niScope Initialize With Options.vi<ERR>The requested operation did not complete in time.

Device: OSCILLOSCOPE

I cant reset my chassis using MAX because it says I dont have sufficient user rights.

There is no reset option for my digitizer. Reboot doesn't help. Only shutdown helps.

What I try to achieve is start sampling on my digitizer, when generator started.
