Can't wire to new inputs on a PID block in a RT target - bug?

Solved!
Go to solution

When I increase the number of inputs on my PID block in the RT target, the new inputs can not be wired. I can add "Manual Control" to the list, but there is no arrow beside the name, and it does not act like something that can be wired. If I modify the PID block to contain no inputs and then resize back to the default inputs, only the "error in" can be wired anymore. Is this a bug? I'm using Labview 8.6.1, and installing the 8.6.1f patch did not help.

Thanks,
Jeff

Disregard: I didn't realize that in addition to checking the "Visible?" box you also need to change the "Data source" to "Terminal" if you actually want to do something with it.
