I recently used the remote panel server to control another PC to acquire images by NI-IMAQdx. The client gets the snapshots from the server. However, I found that the speed at which the client gets the snapshot has a great relationship with the communication quality between the client and the server. Sometimes you don't need such a high snapshot refresh rate, because it will bring a great burden to the server CPU and network transmission.
Therefore, I hope to find a way to reduce the generation speed of the snapshot from server. Can someone help me? Or can you provide some methods to reduce server CPU utilization and network transmission pressure?
