The first problem I see is with the frequency response of your sensor vs that of your board. The sensor is outputting a signal in the 50KHz - 400 KHz range but the 6014 has a maximum sampling rate of 200 Ks/Sec, which limits you to a range < 100KHz. You would also have to provide some low pass filtering on the output of the sensor(input to the DAQ card) to limit the signal to that range. I think that you could probably hook up the sensor, using the "RMS" output, but you will only be able to look at that limited frequency range to prevent aliasing (google Nyquist frequency). If the 50KHz is sufficient for your needs this may be ok.

Smiley Surprised Sorry folks, that was a wierd event. I had typed much of my first line when all of a sudden the editor "blinked" and was blank. I retyped it and sent it only to find that the "blink" had apparently posted the original attempt in the wierd "adding one word" form. I'm really not trying to inflate my message count towards the "enthusiast" categorySmiley Very Happy
