Can you install a LabVIEW executable on Bart PE or Windows PE?

it should be possible if you install the runtime engine, while creating the Part PE partition. Do you need some hardware?

I should have provided more information at the outset. I would like to use a USB thumbdrive to boot an OS and run the LabVIEW executable from the USB drive. I have tried to install the LV 8.5 runtime engine. At the beginning of the install a popup window comes up with "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Error!"

I'm trying to locate someone who has attempted this whether successful or unsuccessful.
